Courtney has an extensive background in customer service and management. She has several years of managerial experience before moving on to work in implementation for a retirement and insurance company. Having worked in retail and insurance for over 10 years, she is new to the healthcare field but is committed to learning and understanding both facility and employee needs. In her free time she likes to read, travel, and spend time with her family.

Rhodney has an educational background in accounting and is a highly motivated team leader. Someone who loves a challenge and values learning and self-growth. He takes pride in providing each client with an Essential experience.

Clinical Liaision
Tracy has over 20 years of healthcare experience in array of different settings from long-term care, acute care hospitals, dialysis, and home health. She takes pride in educating and advocating for others. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
